Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 13 August 2026

Welcome to AS Dairy. These Terms & Conditions explain the rules that apply when you browse our website, purchase our products, place an order, or enquire about our livestock.

We have kept these terms as simple as possible so you know what to expect from us and what we expect from you.

1. Using Our Website

By using the AS Dairy website, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions and any applicable laws and regulations.

You should provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, placing an order, or contacting us. Please let us know if any of your information changes so that we can process your orders correctly.

2. Orders

An order is considered confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation from AS Dairy.

We reserve the right to decline, modify, or cancel an order in situations including:

  • The requested product is unavailable
  • The product is temporarily out of stock
  • The delivery address is outside our serviceable area
  • We are unable to fulfil the order for operational reasons
  • There is an obvious pricing or listing error
  • We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity

If we cancel an order for a reason attributable to AS Dairy and payment has already been received, we will initiate an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

3. Product Availability

Fresh dairy products are subject to daily production and availability.

Although we make every effort to keep product information and availability up to date, a product may occasionally become unavailable due to production, quality, weather, supply, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where possible, we will contact you and provide an appropriate alternative or refund.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹).

Prices include applicable taxes unless specifically stated otherwise.

Fresh dairy and agricultural products may be affected by seasonal availability, production costs, and market conditions. However, the price displayed at checkout is the price applicable to your confirmed order, unless there is an obvious error.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown before you complete your order.

5. Payments

Payments may be made using the payment methods available at checkout.

Payments are processed through our authorized payment gateway or payment service providers.

AS Dairy does not store complete credit card or debit card details on its own servers.

If your payment is unsuccessful but the amount has been deducted from your account, please contact us with your transaction details. We will verify the payment status and assist you accordingly.

6. Fresh Dairy Products

Our fresh dairy products are made and handled with a focus on freshness and quality.

Fresh products generally have a shorter shelf life and may require refrigeration immediately after delivery.

Once the product has been delivered, proper storage becomes the customer's responsibility.

Customers should:

  • Refrigerate fresh dairy products as soon as possible
  • Follow the storage instructions provided with the product
  • Consume products within the recommended period
  • Avoid consuming products that have been improperly stored or handled

Because fresh products are perishable, they may not be eligible for return simply due to a change of mind.

If you receive a product that appears damaged, spoiled, leaking, or otherwise unsuitable, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and supporting photographs or videos.

7. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, weights, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, minor differences in appearance, colour, packaging, or presentation may occur, particularly with natural and farm-produced products.

Such variations do not necessarily indicate a quality issue.

8. Delivery

We deliver products only to locations currently covered by our delivery network.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and may be affected by weather, traffic, operational issues, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

For fresh dairy products, timely delivery is particularly important. Customers should make reasonable arrangements to receive the order during the communicated delivery window.

9. Order Cancellation

Cancellation of an order depends on the type of product and the stage at which the order has reached.

Fresh-item orders may generally be cancelled before the applicable daily cut-off time. Once preparation or dispatch has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.

For non-perishable products, cancellation may be possible before dispatch, subject to the applicable cancellation terms.

Please contact AS Dairy as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.

10. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method.

The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.

Refunds may be applicable in situations such as:

  • Order cancellation approved by AS Dairy
  • Product unavailable after payment
  • Payment received but order cannot be fulfilled
  • Approved product-quality or delivery-related claims

Refund eligibility for perishable products will be assessed based on the circumstances of the complaint.

11. Livestock Sales

Cattle and buffalo listings displayed on the AS Dairy website are invitations to enquire and are not binding offers for sale.

Livestock availability, price, health condition, milk production, pregnancy status, and other characteristics may change.

The final price and sale terms are agreed only after appropriate discussion and, where applicable, physical inspection of the animal.

Before completing a livestock transaction, buyers are encouraged to inspect the animal and review the available information and records.

12. Livestock Health & Records

Where available, relevant health, vaccination, breeding, age, and other livestock records will be provided to the buyer as part of the documented transaction.

The condition and characteristics of an animal should be assessed before purchase.

Any specific representations, guarantees, or conditions relating to a livestock sale will be recorded separately in the applicable sale documentation.

13. Livestock Returns

Due to the nature of livestock transactions, animals are not returnable once ownership and physical possession have been transferred, except where a separate written agreement specifically provides otherwise.

Buyers are encouraged to complete their inspection and satisfy themselves regarding the animal before finalising the purchase.

14. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery and contact information
  • Being available to receive deliveries where required
  • Following product storage instructions
  • Checking products upon delivery
  • Providing accurate information when making a livestock enquiry or purchase
  • Using our website and services lawfully

AS Dairy is not responsible for problems caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer or improper handling of products after delivery.

15. Intellectual Property

The AS Dairy name, logo, website content, photographs, graphics, text, product descriptions, and other original materials belong to AS Dairy or are used with appropriate permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

16. Third-Party Services

Some parts of our services may rely on third-party providers, including payment gateways, delivery partners, hosting providers, communication services, and other technology providers.

Their services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

AS Dairy is not responsible for interruptions or failures caused solely by third-party systems outside our reasonable control.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AS Dairy's liability relating to a particular order will be limited to the value of that order.

We will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products, except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Events Beyond Our Control

We will not be responsible for delays or inability to fulfil an order caused by circumstances reasonably beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, strikes, system failures, or other unforeseen events.

Where practical, we will communicate significant delays or changes to affected customers.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements.

The latest version will always be published on this page, along with the updated date.

Your continued use of our website after an update means that you accept the revised terms.
