Orders

An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation message. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable or the address falls outside our delivery zone, and we will refund you in full if we do.

Pricing

Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Fresh produce pricing can move with the season; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Freshness

Our fresh range carries no preservatives and has a short shelf life. Storage after delivery is the customer's responsibility.

Livestock sales

Cattle listings are invitations to enquire, not offers for sale. Prices shown are indicative and are finalised only after physical inspection. Every sale is documented separately, with health and vaccination records handed over at the time of transfer. Livestock is not returnable once handed over.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.
