Delivery Policy

At AS Dairy, we understand that fresh dairy products
need to reach you quickly and in the right condition. Our delivery process is
designed around freshness, convenience, and reliable service.
1. Fresh Dairy Deliveries
Fresh products including milk, curd, paneer, lassi,
chaas, and khoya are delivered during our scheduled morning delivery
window.
We currently deliver fresh dairy products across:
- Noida
- Greater
Noida
- Ghaziabad
For next-morning delivery, please place your order by 9
PM the previous night.
Fresh deliveries are generally made between 6 AM and 8 AM.
Orders placed after the daily cut-off may be scheduled for
the following delivery day.
2. Shelf-Stable Products
Products that do not require same-day delivery, including:
- Ghee
- Milk
powder
- Sealed
sweets
- Cattle
feed
- Mineral
mixtures
- Dairy
equipment
can be shipped to customers across India through courier or
logistics partners.
These orders typically arrive within 2–5 working days,
depending on the delivery location, product availability, and courier service.
3. Delivery Charges
Fresh dairy deliveries within our service area are:
Free for orders above ₹499.
For orders below ₹499, a flat ₹40 delivery charge
applies.
For cattle feed, equipment, and other courier-based
products, applicable shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on
factors such as product weight, package size, and delivery location.
Any applicable delivery or courier charges will be shown
before you complete your order.
4. Livestock Transportation
Cows and buffaloes are not shipped through the standard
shopping cart or regular courier service.
Once a livestock purchase has been agreed and documented,
transportation is arranged separately based on the buyer's requirements.
Transport charges depend on factors such as:
- Delivery
location
- Distance
- Number
of animals
- Type
of vehicle required
- Transportation
and handling requirements
The applicable transportation cost will be discussed and
quoted separately before the animal is transported.
5. Delivery Confirmation
Please make sure that the delivery address and contact
number provided during checkout are accurate.
For fresh deliveries, we recommend that someone is available
to receive the order during the scheduled delivery window.
If our delivery team is unable to complete delivery because
of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or other issue attributable to
the customer, additional delivery arrangements may be required.
6. What to Do When Your Order Arrives
Fresh dairy products should be refrigerated immediately
after delivery.
For best quality, we recommend keeping fresh products at
approximately 4°C.
As a general guide:
- Milk:
consume within approximately 48 hours when properly refrigerated
- Paneer:
approximately 5 days when properly refrigerated
- Curd:
approximately 5 days when properly refrigerated
- Lassi/Chaas:
follow the product's stated consumption guidance
- Khoya:
keep refrigerated and follow the recommended consumption period
Always check the product packaging or label where specific
storage or consumption instructions are provided.
7. Delivery Delays
We work hard to deliver within the stated time windows, but
occasional delays may occur because of traffic, weather, road conditions,
operational issues, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our
reasonable control.
If there is a significant delay affecting your order, our
team will try to contact you where possible.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, spoiled, incomplete,
or contains an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.
For fresh products, please report the issue on the same
day of delivery so that we can review it and arrange an appropriate
replacement or refund.

9. Delivery Areas
Our fresh dairy delivery network currently covers Noida,
Greater Noida, and Ghaziabad.
The availability of fresh delivery may vary depending on the
exact location and delivery route.
Shelf-stable products and eligible non-perishable items can
be shipped to locations across India, subject to courier availability.
