Returns & Refunds

Fresh items

For food safety reasons we cannot take back milk, curd, paneer or sweets once delivered. If something arrives spoiled, damaged or short, tell us the same day and we will replace it on your next delivery or refund it in full — your choice. A photograph helps but is not required.

Sealed items

Ghee, milk powder and sealed sweet tins can be returned within 7 days if unopened and undamaged. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of us receiving the item.

Cattle feed and equipment

Returnable within 7 days if unopened. Opened feed bags cannot be returned. Equipment faults are covered by the manufacturer warranty stated on the listing.

Livestock

Livestock sales are final once the animal has been inspected, accepted and handed over. This is why we insist you visit and watch a full milking before agreeing a price.

Failed deliveries

If we miss a delivery slot entirely, that day is refunded automatically — you do not need to ask.
