Building a new era of farmers

AS Dairy started with a simple frustration: farmers were doing the hard part and keeping the smallest share of it. We buy directly from our own herds and from a small group of partner farms, pay above the local collection rate, and sell straight to the household that drinks the milk. No layer in between.

What we sell

Fresh cow and buffalo milk, A2 milk from our Gir and Sahiwal herds, bilona ghee, paneer set each morning, curd, lassi, khoya and milk sweets. We also supply cattle feed, mineral mixtures and dairy equipment, and we sell dairy cattle to farmers starting or expanding a herd.

How we work

Milk is chilled to 4°C within ninety minutes of milking and delivered the same morning. Nothing carries preservatives, which is why our milk keeps 48 hours rather than a fortnight. We think that is the right trade.

The farmers

Every partner farm is one we have visited. We publish what we pay, we pay on time, and we help with feed planning and veterinary support. That is what the line under our logo means.
