How It Works
From Our Shed to Your Door
Fresh dairy, handled with care from the farm to your
family.
At AS Dairy, we believe fresh milk should have a short
journey. That's why we keep the process simple—from our animals to our dairy
facility, and finally to your doorstep.
1. You Order by 9 PM
Planning tomorrow's delivery starts tonight.
Place your order by 9 PM and your fresh dairy
products—milk, curd, paneer, lassi, chaas, and khoya—will be included in the
next morning's delivery route.
Orders placed after the cut-off are scheduled for the
following delivery run.
2. We Start Milking at 4 AM
Our morning routine begins early.
Milking starts around 4 AM, and fresh milk is
transferred promptly into our chilled storage system. We focus on maintaining
proper hygiene and temperature throughout the process.
The milk is brought down to approximately 4°C within 90
minutes to help preserve its freshness.
3. Processed & Packed by 6 AM
Fresh milk is then processed, packed, sealed, and
batch-marked before it leaves our facility.
Our packaging is selected according to the product:
- Glass
bottles for our A2 milk range
- Food-grade
pouches for everyday milk
- Appropriate
food-grade packaging for other fresh dairy products
Every batch is handled with care so that what leaves our
facility is ready for your family.
4. On the Road Before Breakfast
Once packed, orders are sorted according to delivery routes.
Our delivery team uses insulated crates to help maintain
product quality while transporting fresh dairy.
We plan routes carefully so that fresh products spend as
little time as reasonably possible in transit.
Our goal is simple: get your dairy to you fresh and on
time.
5. At Your Door by 8 AM
Fresh dairy deliveries are generally made between 6 AM
and 8 AM across our current delivery areas.
You can simply receive your order, check the products, and
put the fresh items straight into the refrigerator.
And if you use our glass bottles...
Just leave your empty AS Dairy bottles ready for collection
during your next delivery. Our delivery partner can collect them as part of the
delivery routine, helping us reduce unnecessary packaging waste.
6. You Refrigerate Immediately
Fresh dairy needs to stay cold.
We recommend refrigerating fresh products immediately after
delivery and keeping them at approximately 4°C.
As a general guide:
- Milk:
approximately 48 hours when properly refrigerated
- Paneer:
approximately 5 days
- Curd:
approximately 5 days
Always follow the storage and consumption instructions
provided on the product packaging.
We don't believe freshness needs to mean a long shelf life. We'd
rather deliver fresh and let you enjoy it fresh.
Buying Cattle Works Differently
Cows and buffaloes are not ordinary products, so livestock
purchases don't go through the regular shopping cart.
If you are interested in an animal:
1. Enquire
Click Enquire Now on the livestock listing you're
interested in.
2. We Contact You
Our team will contact you to understand what you're looking
for and answer your questions about the animal.
3. Visit the Farm
We encourage you to visit the farm and see the animal
yourself before making a decision.
4. See the Animal in Action
Where applicable, we can arrange for you to observe a
complete milking session and understand the animal's milk production and
condition.
5. Review the Records
Available health, vaccination, breeding, and other relevant
records will be shared for your review.
6. Agree & Transfer
Once you are satisfied and both sides agree on the price and
terms, the sale is documented and the animal is handed over.
No rushed decisions. No buying blindly. Just a
transparent process where you can see, ask, inspect, and decide.
From Our Shed to Your Door
Early mornings. Fresh dairy. Responsible farming.
That's the AS Dairy way.
