How It Works
From our shed to your door, every morning
1. You order by 9 PM
Place your order the night before. Anything in the fresh range — milk, curd, paneer, lassi, khoya — goes onto the next morning run.
2. We milk at 4 AM
Morning milking starts at four. Milk goes straight from the bucket into a chilled tank and is down to 4°C within ninety minutes.
3. Pasteurised and packed by 6 AM
Pasteurised, filled, sealed and batch-stamped. Glass bottles for the A2 range, food-grade pouches for everyday milk.
4. At your door by 8 AM
Insulated crates, routes planned so nothing sits in a vehicle more than ninety minutes. Leave your empty bottles out and the driver collects them.
5. You refrigerate immediately
Nothing we sell fresh carries preservatives. Milk keeps 48 hours at 4°C, paneer and curd about five days. That short life is the point.
Buying cattle works differently
Livestock never goes through the cart. Use the Enquire Now button on any listing — we will call you, arrange a farm visit, show you a full milking and hand over the health records before anything is agreed.
