If your payment fails but the amount is deducted from your account, please contact us with your transaction details. We will verify the payment status and assist with the refund or payment confirmation as applicable.
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the type and status of your order. Please contact AS Dairy as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order, and our team will guide you through the applicable process.
Once a refund is approved and initiated, the amount is generally credited back through the original payment method. The exact time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Milk, curd and paneer are dispatched from the collection centre before 5 AM and reach your door by 7 AM. Order by 9 PM the previous night.
